Sạch sẽ, thơm, không có cảm giác rích rích của lau dọn ẩu tả như các ks khác, vị trí trung tâm dễ di chuyển

Nhân viên check in. Mình đặt tổng cộng 2 phòng, check in lúc 5h chiều ( dù lịch check in đc phép lúc 2h chiều), bạn nhân viên chỉ cho mình check in 1 phòng ( dù lúc thanh toán - thanh toán 2 phòng) , bạn kêu khi nào ng nhà đến mới cho làm thủ tục check in. Mình hỏi rất rõ ràng nhà mình có ở chung 1 lầu hay k, vì là ng nhà nên mình chỉ muốn ở gần để thuận tiện qua lại. Nếu cân thiết mình có thể đổi giá phòng, dạng phòng cao hơn cũng đc. Bạn CHẮC ĂN nói rằng không chung 1 lầu do lưu lượng khách cao, chi có thể CHUNG CĂN, mình phòng 203 và ng nhà mình lầu 1. Mình hỏi đi hỏi lại rất nhiêu lân và nhac bạn là NHỚ VÀ CHẮC dùm mình. Bạn nói đã để phòng đó cho gđ mình, ĐÃ CHECKIN 🙂 Tối khuya 11h gđ mình đến ( đã báo thgian từ chiêu la gđ mình ở Glai xuống sẽ hơi khuya, có phiên việc check in hay k). Xuống bạn nhân viên báo phòng hư máy lạnh, nhưng gđ mình nói chi cân hop tro quạt, lấy phòng đó cũng đc do gân nhau, bạn vòng vo k thê hô trợ, gđ mình bảo vậy mở cửa sổ đón gió trời cũng đc tại cũng khuya r, bạn kêu luật k cho 🙂. Minh nói h phòng đó trôsng, minh check in r mình lấy vì gđ mình chi muốn gân nhau, bạn vô bấm máy tính, vò đâu các kiêu moi thú nhận là cho phòng khác check in. H chỉ có thể hô trợ KHÁC CĂN? 🙂 Làm ăn kiểu vậy á.

The hotel really cheated my family, the fancy pictures on the website and the picture, the staff even dont served our breakfast, even though we requested to pack for us early due to our early check out, they dont seem help us. The facility is really horrible, two small beds join very close, the room is very very tiny and not clean. I wanted to report earlier but I could not find any hotline to inform you earlier

The hotel really cheated my family, the fancy pictures on the website and the picture, the staff even dont served our breakfast, even though we requested to pack for us early due to our early check out, they dont seem help us. The facility is really horrible, two small beds join very close, the room is very very tiny and not clean. The price they asked us to pay 1.17 mio VND equal to 50 $/night, the actual price could be only only 11.3 $ per night
