Very nice aparment and owner was very friendly.

There is no view from the balcony

Great location for the beach but be aware that this property is up a very steep hill, so If you aren't very able I wouldn't recommend.

It wasn't a hotel room it was a 1 room apartment not 1 bedroom just 1 room and a bathroom. X the patio door although the owner thought it had been fixed it wasn't locking correctly. It needed alot of force and fiddling to lock and I struggled. First floor balcony so I really didn't feel like any valuables were safe. No safe to lock them away. X wouldn't use the pool even if we were allowed in due to a resident alligator enjoying the water! X 2 doors down had birds in there apartment which chirped all day and most of the night. Owner said they aren't supposed to have them. X next door was a young man who played dance music extremely loud 2 days straight. X the apartment had small curly hairs in the bed and bathroom. Also taps were dirty, toilet had dust and hair on it. X the electric cut off when we put the washing machine on. So couldn't cook, charge phones or even turn the bathroom light on to use the toilet. We had no choice but to sit in and wait for the washing machine to finish before we could go out. This happened about 6 times. X the pool area was not in use apart from a 2 mtr bit of grass that was mostly dead, pool not in use at all. Which I believe should be mentioned in more detail than just seasonal on the listing. X the mattress was very hard and one side in the bed had a dip where it had imprinted someone laying on that side, so must be an old mattress, it also kept slipping off the bed base every night. X i am 5.11" in order for me to use the toilet I had to open the shower cubicle in order to have space to sit down. Too small. X only managed to get 1.5 hot showers because the tank runs out of hot water. So couldn't get 2 people one after the other showered with hot water. I highlighted these issues to the host and he blocked me, clearly not happy I gave him honest feedback. Booking.com have also ignored the issues I've raised with evidence and are not doing anything about it.
