l impossibilité de communiquer avec le proprietaire et booking dans ma langue , je n avais pas recu le mail donnant les indications pour entrer ,a temps !

Clean flat and very comfortable beds

First off, the staff was lazy and didn’t want to show up in person - she wanted to do everything on WhatsApp including getting photos of our passports. She didn’t give us instructions about anything inside the flat - how to best get there or Wifi information. For example, it turns out that there are 2 train stations in town and we spent extra money for taxi on the day we left because we walked a lot on the first day from the train station that is too far way from the flat and didn’t want to repeat that experience. There were movement sensors in strange places in the flat, e.g. in the bedroom that sensed my movements when I get up or lay down on the bed. It really disturbed us seeing the sensors being triggered but we don’t know what machine is being triggered (definitely not the lights). We cannot help but suspect that we were being watched by hidden cameras, especially because the staff didn’t want to meet us in person. We had a change of number of people and I accidentally rebooked another reservation for the wrong date, which I cancelled within 5 minutes but was non-refundable because it was automatically set to that day’s date and thus non-refundable. When I told the staff about this within 10 minutes of the wrong booking, she pretended that the refund doesn’t depend on her. And when I got Booking.com staff to send her a refund request, she ignored the request and haven’t clicked the button to refund us for the accidental booking. Very bad attitude and service. There was no shampoo or shower gel. We had to shower with the hand soap. Very poor utilities.

לא היה מספיק מיטות וכריות. השירות לא היה זמין ומהיר .

El lugar era muy bonito, agradable para estar una noche antes de tomar un vuelo. Tenía un balcón muy grande, que prácticamente rodeaba el apartamento, por lo que era muy cómodo para pasar el calor de la tarde.

Déjà ils nous ont sauvé d'une annulation de réservation ( annulation faite 30 minutes avant le check-in par mail on avait 4 enfants avec nous....) Donc un grand merci. Ensuite, l'appartement est très propre, spacieux, bien entretenu et bien agence avec 2 salles de bain, pratique quand on est 6. Le grand balcon est très appréciable et le quartier est calme et proche de restos sympas et des magasins.

Good neighborhood, good apartment.

Kitchen was not super clean.

A lot of rooms, they are very beautiful, very big flat, comfortable beds and pillows, very clean. Easy to reach by train from MXP airport. The host is also very nice.

If you arrive to Malpensa airport after 12 a.m, there's no trains to this accomodation and the taxi is extremely expensive.
