Everything was clean and fresh. I appreciated the option to go down to the lobby at all hours. I also appreciated that you not only shared information about shopping but provided the address. The elevator was clean and did not smell of dogs. Thanks for giving us a joined room!!

Breakfast food was cold. A dog barked from 1-2am. That was a little annoying. There was no microwave in the room.

The room was clean and bright, it was off-season so it was quiet and traffic to explore was easy to navigate. The location is perfect because it has a public bus route that stops right in front of the property! *I was also able to catch a trade-show, as it was a few blocks down from The Convention Center! Breakfast was really good.

The preparation I did in the app prior to arrival was a waste of time - I was unable to get a "digital key" to ease the checkin process as promised...my physical keys had to be replaced (3) times!!! One day we were rained out (winter in January) and I thought I'd "ride the bus". I phoned the front desk for general information and was told "I don't know". Not "I'm unsure but let me check for you" - - - just "I don't know". Why would that employee answer the FRONT DESK PHONE and leave an inquiry unattended to?
