Shower was super hot

There are things everywhere to eat.. tony's is great. The beds are comfy. The staff is great. Funny, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location was convenient room was clean room was spacious places to put all my stuff

Pancake machine was on the fritz Saturday and Sunday morning. Staff is very helpful in getting them working however it did make it difficult to get breakfast in a timely fashion, especially on Sunday when I am assuming most families are leaving, which is not their fault but it was extra busy on Sunday.

Location was A-1

No microwave in the rooms. I bought some food with me but the long trip down stairs interfered with that. Would have been too much every time I wanted some. My suggestion would be to put a microwave on each floor, like in the ice room to cut down on travel for guest 😅

Love the fact that the floors had lvp flooring instead of carpet, especially since I was traveling with my pet. Some pet friendly hotels have carpet and many times dogs have urinated in the carpet, when another dog smells that, they will mark their Territory and urinate right in that area.

I thought the rate for having pets was a little high... I have a 6lb. Pomeranian who uses piddle pads, She sleeps in a portable play yard, which has a plastic floor and it is large enough to house her bed, a piddle pad, and her feeding bowl with kibble and water. I do not allow her on the bed, nor can she jump on the bed because she's so small. My dog is brushed daily and bathed weekly. I travel with a stroller so my dog is totally contained, without the possibility of having an accident in the lobby, or having hair in the area where food is present. I am paying the same amount of money for someone that has two dogs, much larger, who is not as particular with their pets. I know that you cannot monitor the details that I have just expressed, nor would you have knowledge of how particular a pet owner is regarding their pet. The rugs outside of the elevator on the 5th floor, we're peppered with fresh urine spots, I would never take a dog to a hotel if it wasn't fully. Housebroken so my issue is not with the hotel, It's with some of the pet owners who are not considerate of hotel guests who do not have dogs, or for pet owners who take the time to train their pets and be responsible for the mess they make.
