Gute Stimmung, alles gepflegt, schöne stilvolle Möblierung. Insgesamt war alles da, was benötigt wurde.

Der Abfluss in der Dusche war immer verstopft, unangenehmer Geruch breitete sich im Bad aus.

Casa bellissima, grande, luminosa e arieggiata. Posizione comoda e buona zona. Ragazzo disponibile e carinissimo.

Qualche problema con il check in (abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'ora senza notizie nonostante fossimo d'accordo per un orario). Letto matrimoniale molto scomodo (il materasso è da cambiare)

The boiler on the exterior outside wall of the kitchen had not been set up correctly and the batteries had not been fitted in or were dead. So, we could not shower. !!!!! The electricity system is very old so when it got cold because the air conditioners that work as heaters are useless, because this grand flat has such a high ceiling so all the heat is stuck at the top. So, when we went to turn on the oil heater, the main fuse went. The flat can only have 2 appliances working at the same time. The fridges has to be on. Thus, if you have microwave + heater, it will blow. 2KW allowed. So, we had to go to sleep in total darkness. So, it was kinda spooky with the long corridors and the grand museum like living & dining rooms !!!! (don't get me wrong they are beautiful - you feel you are in 1930s rich man's home in Sicily it is that grand, beautiful painting, tables, mirrors, showcases with beautiful crockery, wine glasses etc.) Nevertheless, the agents "Wonderful Italy" sent an engineer on the 2nd day to fix the faults and this guy was very good, he also fixed the power to the wifi and the boiler. The fuse box location luckily was conveyed to us the next day. But, it meant we had lost 2 days of our stay. Cause, he was so busy that he landed on the evening. Kudos customer service team in Wonderful Italy and the service engineer but, it still meant we were worried whether it would mean we would have to book another place after paying for this place. Need to be careful when you use the staircases OR even when you stand near the tiny show verandah's they have, these grand flats very high up. If you have a vertigo situation, you could easily topple to your very end. A couple of oranges roll down and the splatted at the very bottom. BOOKING.COM were the worst. DID NOT RESPOND TO our MESSAGE(S) & cunningly they DID NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER where you can speak to HUMAN. Global multi-billion euro MONOPOLY it seems v.irresponsible.

We spent 11 days in Catania. This apartment is in the city center, but on a quiet street - this was a huge advantage. within a 5-minute walk, there is a botanical garden and a park (Villa Bellini) of extraordinary beauty. The apartment is very spacious and cozy. Thank you for the recommendations on delicious restaurants (we especially liked : Vicolo, Bar Ernesto (sea beach) and Cortile Alessi:) 7 min from the apartment there is a large Lidl supermarket with a large selection of local cheese etc. We had a great vacation and will book this apartment next time. Thank you for your excellent service!

1.5 km to the central square and train station. There is a market nearby with low prices.
