Modern Downtown Retreat at Akácfa 36

Easy to find, excellent instructions; very comfortable apartment (3rd floor, so good exercise!) in beautiful old building; comfy living area with TV and good WiFi; great beds & bedrooms; excellent air con and fans provided; functional kitchen, good oven & hob, good size fridge/freezer; 2 decent bathrooms; washing machine, dishwasher, some dishwasher tablets (not enough for every day!) & laundry pods provided. We had a really lovely week in Budapest using this as our base. Close to trams and a metro stop, so really easy to get round the city. Would definitely recommend.

Not really enough cooking equipment or crockery (only 4 dinner plates for an apartment advertised for 6 people), only 5 mugs so had to keep washing up every time we wanted tea or coffee! An extra saucepan and an oven tray was provided after a fair bit of haggling with the owner. There was no way to use the oven before this! Unfortunately the nightlife can get a bit noisy outside, as it is near one of the biggest ruin bars in Budapest (probably a positive for some people!), but the problem was solved by putting on the fans full blast for white noise!

El check in se hace muy tarde, a las 16:00 y te ofrecen hacerlo antes, a las 14, pagando 20€, lo cual es abusivo. También te piden que tires la basura y quites las sábanas, cuando eso es algo propio del arrendador. Aunque las instalaciones están bien, require un poco de mantenimiento, las luces del salón no iban, la ducha se salía un poco… Por otro lado, el día que llegamos no estaban claras las indicaciones del casillero de las llaves y nos costó un poco localizarlo entre los guarda llaves que había.

El apartamento es pequeño pero con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es realmente buena tanto para ir andando a los sitios como para coger medios de transporte público. El barrio en el que se encuentra ofrece numerosas opciones de restaurantes y supermercados. La cocina tiene todo los utensilios necesarios para poder comer allí

El alojamiento no se corresponde con muchas de las fotos que aparecen en el anuncio, solo con algunas por lo que parece mucho más grande de lo que realmente es. El baño, aunque es completo, la ducha está estropeada lo que hace que se moje todo el baño.

O quarto é ok, e a localização é mto boa .

O condomínio está péssimo, caindo aos pedaços, tinha mto entulho, acredito que estão em reforma. E estava mto sujo também .

Location in the center of nightlife. Apartment is clean and spacious for a group.

Very late check-in and early check-out. We could extend them but had to pay in total extra 40€. On top of that fee, apartment had a strict rules for check-out like clean the dishes, take out trash, remove the beddings The kitchen was not properly equipped, broken glass of coffee pot, small pan and 5 forks for a group of 6. However the staff were helpful and bought and delivered to us what was missing.

The location was good enough and the apartment had enough space.

The owner was totally unhelpful and rude. The check in was very late (at 16:00) We asked for an earlier check in and although he initially said there was not enough time to clean the place, he offered an earlier check in for extra money! In addition when we asked if he had a place for us to leave the luggage he suggested locker rooms! It is totally unacceptable to have the place for 18 hours! Furthermore, despite the fact that we paid for cleaning services it was asked of us to clean the place, wash the dishes and take out the trash. All in all, we definitely would not suggest that place to anyone…

Central location

One AC for 4 rooms. In 30+ degrees summer. Absolute ripoff. We could not sleep and the host blatantly LIED that there is an AC in every room when I asked a month before arrival (and I would have booked another place then). Location is on top a few night clubs open until 5-6am. Impossible to sleep. The sofa was extremely dirty - we did not dare even touch it. Check photos.
