Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Unfortunately, my stay at this apartment was quite unpleasant. The noise from the downstairs restaurant continued late into the night, and there was a constant hum from an extractor fan. The walls were so thin that I could hear everything from neighboring units, which made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The hallway downstairs also had a strong, mould-like odor. Overall, the apartment did not feel clean — there were spider webs in corners and it was noticeably dusty. I contacted the staff via email to raise these concerns, but didn’t receive a response until 48 hours later, which was frustrating and unhelpful. This was an overall bad experience, and I would not return or recommend this place. There are much better and cleaner options available for the same price.

Really convenient location, well equipped. Thank you so much for the little breakfast package (cereal, milk and hot drink supplies). Good value for money.

One of the mattresses was quite uncomfortable and it would have been good to have 2 keys. My husband and I were visiting friends and had different plans but we only had 1 key to share which was a bit of a pain.

Very good location for us visiting family in Derby and Nottingham. Kitchen had everything we needed. Assorted breakfast box's and drinks water in the fridge and a welcome note all lovely touches.

The toilet wasn't fitted to the wall properly and not a lot of room to get into bed.

Very spacious apartment, close to the city and good value for money.

The stairs were a problem when dealing with heavy suitcases. Collection of the keys was not easy.
