USUSLocation was good but drive up needs some work. Not level at all. Hard on vehicle.
Mattress needs replaced. Not comfortable and terrible for back. Kitchen table was sticky feeling, so I cleaned it again. also, cable bill was not paid ahead of time, so TV screen just kept coming up "Pay your bill" Bummer. could not watch TV

Cleanliness. My feet were dirty from walking on the floor, porch and the deck. There was dirt and grit in the hot tub. Mud and silt around base of the hot tub. Hair on the pillow slips. The furniture felt sticky from mildew. Cobwebs and dust around the walls and in the space between the bathroom floor and hallway floor. The layout of the cabin and location on the property was great. Could not get to sleep at all tossed and turned all night. Perhaps getting new mattresses would be a good investment. Also changing your cleaning personnel or giving them enough time to clean properly in between bookings would be a huge improvement.
