Struttura pulita e confortevole, host disponibile e gentile. Raggiungibile a piedi in 20 minuti dalla Stazione centrale e in 10 minuti dal Centro ma sono disponibili anche bus di linea con fermata vicina all’appartamento.

L'appartement est lumineux avec des chambres spacieuses et des matelas vraiment très confortables. Il est situé au 2ème et dernier étage dans un quartier calme, idéalement situé pour passer quelques jours et se rendre aux Cinq terres. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement à proximité. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour son accueil et tous ses bons conseils. Nous avons adoré les villages des Cinq terres, Porto venere mais pensez aussi à découvrir Lerici et Tellaro. C'est une magnifique région et nous reviendrons volontiers chez George pour un prochain séjour ;)

L’établissement est très bien et sécurisé. Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, un peu éloigné du centre mais en dehors de la ZTL justement. Nous avons apprécié la propreté, le calme, les équipements fonctionnels, les chambres spacieuses et les lits confortables. Notre hôte Georges a aussi été très accueillant et avenant. Ils nous contactaient pour savoir si tout allait bien et nous a beaucoup renseigné sur les lieux à visiter. Un grand MERCI à lui pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous avons passé un excellent moment à visiter la ville, les Cinq Terres et Porto Venere, notre coup de cœur.

La seule chose éventuellement serait un petit lieu de vie, car il n’y a que la cuisine qui permette de se retrouver ensemble. Mais ce n’est qu’un détail, largement compensé par le reste.

Central train station is more than 30min away by walk - which is why I gave it a 9, otherwise everything was excellent!

Proprietario molto disponibile e cordiale. Appartamento funzionale e confortevole pulito e in ordine. Silenzioso, abbiamo dormito benissimo. Posizione ottima con parcheggio gratuito e vicino al centro e alla stazione. I servizi di prima necessità comodi e vicini (Bar, ristoranti, panificio e farmacia).

Beds for comfortable sleep of 4 travellers. Free parking outside. Bus to the city center just a few steps away. Great owner - very helpful and responsive. Warm during the winter. Per friendly.

Bathroom needs a bit of renovation (shower specifically) Location isn’t central (if you aim to stay in the center). It takes around 20-25minutes by foot or a few bus stops to reach it. The apartment has many unnecessary things like small statuettes, artificial flowers (most likely back from the days when the owners were living there), etc that are not cleaned fully and have a lot of dust on them. Also, a lot of small covers on the counters, small matts on the floor that just make the apartment look a bit loaded.
