Crazy amount of rules due to water system and the parking is a bit difficult

On the waterfront was a great bonus.

To get to the property you have to drive in reverse down a very crowded and narrow road for about a .25/mile. There are cars parked on this narrow dirt road with lots of holes and lots of pedestrians. It was extremely stressful and we ended up feeling like prisoners in our "vacation home" because we didn't want to have to deal with the stress of driving in reverse if we wanted to go out touristing or shopping. Also, there is one full bed, not two as they advertise. Their "2nd" bed is a sofa that flips into a "bed" with a crevice separation down the middle making it very difficult to get comfortable and it's stiff. A few other unmentionables that they don't tell you until it's too late to cancel is you have to drive about half a mile to throw out the trash that they ask you to do on a daily basis, you can't flush toilet paper - you have to "collect it" to throw out with the trash; they use rainwater so they ask you to use it sparingly making it challenging to wash your dishes daily and conserve water [no dishwasher]; there are no closets or dressers to store your clothes; bedrooms are small so your live out of your luggage downstairs - bedrooms are upstairs; internet goes off around 10pm everyday leaving you without TV if you're a late night person and/or can't sleep.

Everything was perfect!

The location of this adorable little cottage was great. The host was very communicative and shared all the necessary details for a flawless entry to their home. The back of the house leads you directly into the beautiful waters of Playa Buyé. The place was very spacious, clean, warm, & welcoming with its Bohemiam decor. Our family enjoyed playing dominoes at night. The best part was hearing the soothing sound of the waves at night .

There wasn’t much we didn’t like about the property. The only thing that may be a little confusing at first would be maneuvering the car backwards into the very narrow road which the host warned us about. But, this will only be a big deal to those who tend to see things in a negative manner. We laughed and enjoyed the challenge of becoming professional backwards drivers! Part of the memory-making during your journey in Puerto Rico!
