Our apartment smelt like someone who lived there smoked inside and the living room carpet was dirty.

Beautiful and modern space with an overall feeling of cleanliness and spectacular lighting and many ports of entry of sunlight. Ocean view at the private balcony and floor to ceiling windows with views of Cape Town.

The shower did not have a curtain or a door and left a lot of water spilling out and making a mess on the floor. The Wi-Fi was not working. One of the glasses was fragile (from prior stress to it) and quite literally cracked in my hands and cut me as I was trying to rinse it. Some of the doors of the cupboards and the bathroom door handle were broken when we arrived.

The place is neat and clean and has the most perfect location overlooking the ocean.

The communication is very bad when I tried contacting the person for enquires. No answer on all the numbers provided to me. I was sent an invalid code to get my key the day I arrived. Struggled for an hour to get hold of someone who I can contact. The lady that cleans the facility was kind enough to get us assistance. I was also not explained how the facilities work ito when I want to do my laundry. I had to figure everything out on my own and ask around. No warm bedding as it was very cold in Cape Town this weekend. Due to the rainy weather, I rained wet while being in bed Sunday evening. It rained in from the ceiling in the main bedroom. The entire headboard, bedding and mattress from underneath that part of the ceiling was wet. It also rained in by the door as you enter the apartment. The floor was soaking wet. Again I didn't know who to call because the people of the numbers provided to me doesn't answer their phones. The place is beautiful, but due to lack of communication and poor assistance when there were problems, I was so unhappy with my stay.

Modern

The management doubled booked us on the first night, were not at all forthcoming on a solution to sort out the mess, and left us locked out 5 hours after check in eventually they opened another unit for us to crash in after alot of back and forth and only check us in to the correct unit on day 2 of our stay. We travelled for 8 hours to be welcomed by their mess, getting hold of the leasing team after hours was a tedious excercise, not one agent was willing to come out to the property to sort out their mess. I would definitely never book with them again.

The location made so much sense. I loved where it was based , very central to a lot of places. beautiful scenery.
