It was very clean and a great location overall. It was a safe neighborhood and very kind hosts. It was absolutely perfect for the two of us for a few days.

Yes, the floor is noisy when you walk but we weren’t there just to walk inside so it did not bother us. There was nothing we disliked we were grateful it was clean and peaceful.
