April Cottage, Cawsand - Beach front

Amazing view ,location and full of history and character. Loved the new en-suite bathroom and newly decorated first floor bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Lots of bedding / blankets if weather colder. Lovely having a wood burner. Great cottage with so much on the door step.

Tired and a little unclean in places. Had to clean and sort cutlery drawer. The wooden spoons and chopping boards are unhygienic and should be replaced with silicone. Whilst the kitchen is well equipped there are too many unnecessary irrelevant items taking up valuable cupboard space ( eg random wicker baskets and butter dishes which most people wouldn’t need or use in a holiday.) Needs a cupboard area clearing for guests own food items. Out door decking and steps need a good clean as slippery and dangerous. The guest instruction book needs updating as shower instructions were for the downstairs ,needs info on heating system.
