Il soggiorno dell'appartamento era grazioso (ma solo quello)...

L'appartamento non era pronto all'orario che ci è stato indicato, ci siamo dovuti fare il letto con biancheria che non sembrava nemmeno lavata, alcuni asciugamani erano sporchi, il bagno non era perfettamente pulito e nel cestino del bagno c'erano anche i "rifiuti" dell'occupante precedente. Inoltre il wifi e la televisione non funzionavano (non che sia un dato fondamentale, ma sommato a tutto il resto...).

i didn't like the fact that it says you have a washing machine, but in fact it is a service offered for a fee. I selected this apartment because of the washing machine so imagine my disappointment when i saw that it wasn't the case. I didn't like the fact that in the living room the sofa was not expendable. The sheets and towels were mismatched and appeared very used. The lamp in the living room was broken.

I did appreciate the white wooden floor

There are several discrepancies between the description of the accommodation and the actual conditions, which I list below in order of increasing importance to me: 1. The balcony is actually a French balcony, offering no space to sit outside or hang laundry—it is simply a railing outside a door. 2. The television receives no channels and can only be used to access Netflix with a Danish account. 3. The oven appeared to have never been cleaned, as confirmed by photos I took that matched those in other reviews. 4. While the bed is large, the sheets provided were too small and didn’t fit properly. 5. The washing machine listed as a kitchen amenity was not located in the apartment itself. 6. The apartment was described as “air-conditioned,” but there was no air conditioning—jut a broken fan found behind a curtain in the bedroom, making it impossible to ventilate the space. 7. The sofa mentioned is not a sofa bed but a faux leather couch that is hot, uncomfortable, and unsuitable for sleeping. Our experience at this property was both disappointing and stressful. When I raised this with the host, the host's response was dismissive, even pressuring us to leave, claiming she didn’t feel comfortable hosting guests who didn’t “appreciate” her property. Even worse, the host insinuated that we might damage the apartment. Under pressure, we agreed to shorten our stay from four nights to two, based on the host’s promise to refund 50% of the total amount originally paid. The situation worsened after our departure: that same evening, I received an email from Booking.com stating that we had been marked as a "no-show." The host had incorrectly marked the booking this way—presumably to avoid both the negative review and the agreed refund. Despite multiple attempts—both mine and Booking.com —to reach the host and obtain the promised refund, the host did not honor our agreement. In the end, I was never refunded by the host, despite her written commitment. Booking.
