A zona é sossegada, a casa é grande e tem um jardim nas traseiras, há muito estacionamento à porta, máquina de lavar e estendal nas traseiras, cozinha e sala amplas, supermercado a 1 minuto da casa.

Limpeza do WC e cozinha, televisão com sistema satélite antigo que não funciona adequadamente, casa fria e escura com apenas uma janela na sala.
