Not cleaned properly, very bad response ( a lady was shouting and rude on the phone regarding the parking permit), No internet (wifi), TV was not working properly, they didn't top up electric so in the middle of the night it went dark and they come after 15 min and top up, My mom almost fell down from the chair 🪑 because of the poor quality furniture, oven was not heating up. They ruined one day's plan because of the parking permit. We didn't have this kind of terrible experience before. Really really bad, they don't do refunds That's the only reason I stayed there.
