Ever House - Atocha1 Superb-Location

Είχε μούχλα. Ο οικοδεσπότης άφαντος και δεν μπορούσαμε να συννενοηθουμε ,μας αγνόησε . Φτάνοντας στο κατάλυμα μας υποδέχτηκε μια κοπέλα η οποία δεν γνώριζε καθόλου αγγλικά και δεν μπορέσαμε να συνεννοηθούμε. Μπαίνοντας στο δωμάτιο ο τοίχος είχε υγρασία και ήταν υγρός κι κατακίτρινος. Μιλωντας με τον Gabo ζητήσαμε να μας δωσουν καποιο άλλο διαμέρισμα αλλά μας είπαν ότι δεν υπάρχει. Μας διαβεβαίωσε ότι το επόμενο πρωί θα έρθει μάστορας να διορθωσει την βλάβη. Όλες τις μέρες που μείναμε δεν εμφανίστηκε μάστορας και δεν ενδιαφέρθηκε τελικά κανένας για την βλάβη. Είχαμε άτομο το οποίο είχε αλλεργία και η κατάσταση αυτή της εκανε κακό. Γενικώς είναι απαραδεκτο να δίνεις τόσα χρήματα για ένα κατάλυμα και να αντιμετωπίζεις μια κατάσταση στην οποία τελικά δεν μπορείς να μείνεις.

Very clean , big and comfortable, excellent communication with hosts, close to everything, we walked everywhere except to the stadium, we caught an uber approx 10 euros.

Very comfortable living area, comfortable beds, fluffy towels and very clean. The location is superb! There is plenty of cutlery and dinnerware for us to cook our own meals.

I loved this place. The location is ideal and the appartment is so cosy. exactly as the pictures show, communication was very good also

Only thing i can think of are some hooks to hang towels and some extra towels or a floor wiper/squeegee for the shower because the toilet in the master is just behind it to clean it/ make it dry after a shower.

The apparent is very cozy, clean, and elegant design, spacious, with three rooms and two full bathrooms makes the perfect space for a family. The location couldn't be better, walking distance to the main attractions, the communication with the host was perfect!

Just a minor detail, I would recommend putting either a door or a nice curtain in the main room bathroom to give privacy to the shower and toilet. This is not a dealbraker, but it would make it just perfect 👌
