Aircon excellent, location is great. Information about checking in and out was clear and precise. Safety was good.

Pillows at sofa was dirty, toilet was not clean enough. Not enough cutlery for guest.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with beautiful views from the master bedroom and balcony. Lots of homely touches. It was just a short walk into Ipoh old town and there were plenty of food options very close by. Great base for exploring Ipoh.

Cleanliness was so-so. It was fine, but not great. There were black hairs on the bedroom floor (I’m blonde), the shower and it’s glass door were stained with limescale and water marks, the decorative cushions on the sofa were literally black, the towels were old and grey, the kitchen had a thick layer of dust around the edge. It felt like they’d done a quick once over, changed the bedding, but it was in need of a proper deep clean. Most of the chairs at the dining table had wobbly legs which made us nervous to sit on them.
