SUN APARTMENT - 3 bedrooms, priv parking, pool, AC, tv channels, fibre net

This is an excellent property, it’s very modern and comfortable, great location with supermarket right next door. We spent 4 weeks there and actually tried to book for the same stay next year but unfortunately it’s not available, I honestly couldn’t fault this place at all and will definitely use this property again 👌

Location, cleanliness and big space

The location was very good, not to far away from the beach and alot of nice restaurants. Super-dino only few steps from entrance which was very nice. The swimming pool was fine, had salty water though. You could use 3 beachchairs and 4 beachtowels from the storage and some pool toys(there were no sunbeds around the pool).Balcany a bit small but ok The beds were comfy and the apartment was clean. Very good to have a washing machine when you travel with kids. Good to have parking garage for the renral car.

Would have been nice to have sunbeds by the pool and second shower in the other bathroom. Would be good to change towels for new ones, some were old and had bad smell. Would have been good to have fresh sheets and take the used ones to wash. Stayed there for 10 nights. Had to wash towels and sheets ourself if we wanted new clean ones. (Had some extra in the apartment but not enough towels for everyone).

This is a rare occasion when even pretentious people have no reason to complain. Easy access. Very friendly host. The apartment is very complete, equipped with everything you need. Ideal cleaning. No unpleasant odors. Excellent security: the windows are protected with bars and equipped with motorized blinds. There is air conditioning, although we don't use it, we think it would be useful in the summer. Comfortable beds and pillows. Television with thousands of channels from all European countries. There is a games console, which although we don't use, I imagine it must be very useful for those who like it. Excellently equipped kitchen. Coffee machine with grinder: morning coffee was ideal. Location, I don't know if it could be better: from the apartment door to the supermarket entrance it is about 50m. Excellent hiking trails for all tastes. Cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The parking space in the garrage is very useful. I highly recommend it, and will book again, when I return to Tenerife.

Great place and host!

Lovely clean apartment.. Not much room ito move around in the rooms.

Very comfortable and was well equipped. Loved the location easy to walk into Los Cristianos. Very secure with a supermarket next to the apartment.

The boiler, we didn’t get much hot water. It only lasted a short while and with 2 women who wanted to wash their hair regularly it was usually in cool water. The boiler did breakdown one afternoon no hot water at all. We contacted Matt who dealt with it quickly. We were there for 3 weeks and there wasn’t any spare bedding. We would have been happy to wash them as we did the towels every week.

Amazing location, easy to find. And you get a key which takes you through the back gate to the entrance of the supermarket. It was no more than a 20 second walk from the living room! Absolutely loved the pool too!

Balcony was a little small which can’t be helped, however all 6 of us couldn’t sit out together without bringing in chairs from living room, so maybe more chairs needed for outdoors. Pool was also meant to be heated but was quite cold! Maybe wardrobes in the rooms instead of shelves too!
