Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Central Apartment"

Lovely little apartment, nicely furnished and all the facilities you need for a short or longer stay. Right in the centre of town and handy for West Quay etc. Good communication including comprehensive instructions and quick responses to questions and requests.

WiFi not strong enough for streaming on the TV.

"Excellent stay"

Comfortable, Clean, and airy, excellent location. Everything you need, just wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be using again in the future! Nick was easy to reach and converse with.

"Handy apartment for longer term stays."

Equipped with everything that you need for a stay. The host was responsive with communication.

The bed was smaller than expected and uncomfortable. After our first night's sleep, we discovered that a lot of the slats were missing, so we had to do a repair job on the base. The duvet was too hot, and no alternative bedding was able to be supplied. The location, while convenient, is very noisy but this was fixed by buying ear plugs.
