Nice view, private, great for catching the northern lights. Check in and check out was beyond easy, place was very easy to find. Host was very responsive to questions.

Other than toilet paper, there are no consumables provided. Make sure you bring shower gel, shampoo, etc. The closest store is in Ísafjörður and they close at 1900 so plan accordingly. There did seem to be some salt, pepper, odds and ends like that leftover from other travelers. The building itself looks nice from the outside but feels like it was thrown together cheaply and without much thought. Shower drains fine but is not sloped enough so it pools. There is also no curtain or much of a divider so... it's gonna get wet lol

By far the perfect stay we ever had (and we traveled around the world)! It's exactly as in the photos. It exceeded our expectations. Self check-in and check-out at any hour between the check-in and check-out set times. Extremely easy to find (although you can't find it on google maps). The host tells you exactly where it is in Sudureyri and how to get in, by message on the day of arrival.

The only thing that we regret is that we couldn't stay more!
