The house is bigger bed is good. Everything that you need they have .

The house didn't seem to be properly clean, it needs a general cleaning and a repair in the house, it's not as new as in the photos, there were cockroaches mould on the curtains and in the bathroom small spiders in the room, I didn't feel good.

Propreté, il était sale quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons trouvé 2 cafards dans l’appartement. La plaque de cuisson est à changer.

Ήταν τόσο βρώμικο που για να μείνουμε μέσα πήγαμε και ψωνίσαμε απ' τα λιντλ καθαριστικά και κάναμε γενική καθαριότητα! Πραγματικά κρίμα να έχετε ένα σχετικά καλό σπίτι τόσο βρώμικο! Κατσαρίδα πίσω απ' την πόρτα, μούχλα στις κουρτίνες δίπλα στο κρεβάτι, μούχλα στο μπάνιο γύρω γύρω , σκουριά στο τηλέφωνο του μπάνιου και αλατα παντού. Το σπίτι μυρίζε τσιγάρο και ο μόνος τρόπος να αεριστει ο βασικός του χώρος ήταν η πόρτα αφού τα παράθυρα είναι σταθερά ! Ανοίγοντας την πόρτα όμως ,ακριβώς έξω έχει κάδους που βρωμάει ο τόπος και μπαίνουν μέσα μύγες στο σπίτι αφού δεν διαθέτει σήτα. Μπορείς να αερισεις μόνο στον πάνω όροφο που είναι το κρεβάτι αλλά δεν είναι αρκετό. Ξημερώματα θα ξυπνάτε απ' το σκουπιδιαρικο που περνάει ακριβώς απ' έξω απ' το δωμάτιο και μετά αν προσπαθήσετε να κοιμηθείτε θα φωνάζουν όλοι στο παρκάκι από κάτω επομένως κακή ηχομόνωση!.

I booked this accommodation for five days at a cost of 400 euros, but unfortunately, it turned out to be uninhabitable for the night due to certain issues with the apartment. When I requested a refund, the managing company was completely uncooperative and refused to assist. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I feel like I’ve lost 400 euros for nothing.

Good location. Decent furniture. Floors & bath surfaces clean.

Mold on bedroom walls & curtains. Peeling paint on walls & ceiling in bath & several other areas. Multiple items needing repair. Barely equipped kitchen.
