USJust the location and the resort
The apartment 605 in building 17 was unacceptable due to the following reasons: bad odor walking in, old and worn carpet, rusty appliances, especially the dishwasher, the fridge and the washer machine. Presence of little worms. The main water closet was whistling all night long. Hot tub was not present in the apartment as advertised. We were able to cancel the reservation in advance thanks to Booking Customer Service (Aram) and we are waiting for the refund for the days we didn’t stay.

The carpet had some worn spots in it. The handle on the walk in shower needs to be replaced
GBGreat location and very close to Disney. The amenities at the complex are fantastic and Bahama Bay is wonderful. The host answers your messages in a prompt manor and is a very polite lady
The apartment is dated and the carpets are a little threadbare. The vertical blind slats are not in great condition and needs some modernisation.
NLThe location, the resort, ground floor apartment. Was all to our liking. Quick response from the property when we had questions and or requests. It was spacious enough for the 5 of us. All rooms had a tv, which was great. Towels for bath and beach/pool were ideal. The pool and jacuzzi on the premises was great for a relaxing day.
The beds need an upgrade, the mattresses are dented... causing slight back aches in the morning. the carpeting had some nails sticking out by the kitchen. The shower knob needs to fixed( we've gotten a temp fix). The blinds both living room and master need to be upgraded. The curtains in the master need to be a little wider. The yellow lights need some upgrading. I think the place is great but can use a touch of modernization.
