HOI AN Meditation-2bed near old town

Großes Haus mit großer Küche, zwei Bädern und drei Schlafzimmern. Man ist fußläufig in der der Oldtown und hat auch um die Unterkunft einige Restaurants. Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns für einen sehr guten Preis ein Transfer von und nach Da Nang organisiert.

Leider war es für unseren Standard nicht sauber. Es waren überall Spinnenweben, Motten und sogar eine tote Kakerlake im Schlafzimmer. Außerdem waren auf den Bettlaken und der Bettwäsche einige Flecken. Es war relativ stickig in den Schlafzimmern und der Wasserdruck in den Bädern hat nicht ausgereicht um lange Haare zu waschen.

Location. Out of the tourist area but still close. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Vy was very friendly but did not force us into doing things. If we wanted activities she gave good advise and her prices for the activities was more reasonable than the websites. Reasonable prices for the water, coke and beer that she kept in the fridge. Lovely fruits served on arrival. She was also understanding when I did not have cash on me the first day of arrival. I can highly recommend the unit and the local food and coffie shops. Prices in the area are much betterthan on the othe side. .

Great home with all the comfort and facilites you need. Ve, the lovely lady who owns it and lives next door is great and really makes you feel welcome. We had a wonderful stay and recommend it to.everyone.

Large, nice and clean. Large kitchen but not enough utensils. Short walking distance from the Old City. Price is very low relative to the size and quality

It is adjacent to an elementary school and except for weekends is very noisy between 07:30 am to early afternoon.

This is a fully self contained, spacious unit, 10 minutes walk from "Old Town'. It has 2 bedrooms with queen beds. The host Vy was gracious and helpful.

Westerners will likely find the beds very hard. However the host was open to my views on this and will look to a solution.

Large spacious house with front garden. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen reasonably equipped, with a few essentials like salt and pepper! Washing machine with washing powder provided. Lovely, lovely host Vy who was happy to help in any way possible. She organised a car to take us to Da Nang airport at 4.00 in the morning, and insisted on getting up to see us off. So very kind and hospitable.

There is no hot water in the kitchen which is a bit of a nuisance for washing up. The location is OK in that there are shops and a few restaurants nearby, but given that it is on Cam Nam island (although there is a bridge linking it) you have to cross this very narrow footpathed bridge with a ton of cars, bikes and pedestrians every time you want to go to the old town!

Private, quiet, spacious. Comfortable beds. Vy is a great host, she cooked us noodles when it was too wet to go out.

Taxi drivers had difficulty fining the place, confused it with Savvy Cosy Hotel. No soap/shampoo in bathrooms. The kitchen has all the electrical appliances you might need, but limited cooking impliments. No cups. Junk-filled kitchen cupboards & balcony.
