It was a bit cold as the air conditioning works only on cold mode even in winter, but they provided us with heaters.

The hotel is always clean, as observed during my multiple stays, and the staff is attentive and polite.

The food at this hotel and the breakfast buffet are generally good, but during my last stay, all breakfast items were extremely cold and not being heated up regularly until the guests pointed this out. The staff was around but didn't pay attention to this until this was raised.
