Very dirty - definitely not 4 star First room they showed us had overpowering smell of nicotine which they tried to mask with spray. Dirty stained bedlinen and torn dirty pillowcases Moved to another room at our request not much better, no towels or toilet paper we had ask for both. Noisy most of the night as the staff go from floor to floor shouting and talking aloud. We had two attempts of people trying to get in the room after midnight by knocking on the door (thankfully locked) who went once we responded.

Nothing to like about this property apart from misleading star ratings.

Purported 4-star hotel that unfortunately provided a subpar 1-star experience. The bedsheets were dirty and ripped, and no towels were provided initially. Despite requesting towels for two persons, only one dirty towel was provided. Additionally, there was no hot water available throughout my stay. Misleading star rating please don’t go by this I wouldn’t recommend.

Location and staff and food

Misinformation about location, cold rooms, felt like bed was wet.. other guests made too much noise in corridor.. so if you are on a layover and want to take nice nap… forget about it.. I got ringed on my door by kids group during daytime 5 times and staff was watching it.. when I got annoyed they said sir they are kids..
