Luxurious & Comfy Private Room in DC

The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, and having a parking spot right in front of the house was very convenient. Access to the room was easy.

The host was less responsive than expected, and it was difficult to get timely information: messages sent through the Booking app often went unanswered. Additionally, there was an unexpected guest staying in the room across the hall, which meant we had to use the bathroom downstairs to avoid sharing, and that was uncomfortable. That said, the room itself was comfortable.

It was a bit far away than I had expected!

It wasn't clean. The bed was uncomfortable. The next roommates were so noisy (although this can't be blamed on ye! )

Place was clean and bed was comfortable.

Place was listed with private bathroom but bathroom is shared. House was cold as temperature couldn’t be controlled from the room. Noise easily heard through walls. Also tried contacting owner with phone number given for stay but no response. Also ended up at the house next door instead of the actual house listed. Figured both properties are owned by the same owner. Room that I got wasn’t the one I paid for but was still a decent room and price minus not having my own bathroom
