A Stone's Thrown From Town Cosy Home

Each of part of the apartment (living area, bedroom and bathroom) was spacious and clean. We enjoyed having a full well equipped kitchen and appreciated having a washing machine. The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood that was a short walk (10 - 15 minutes) from the town centre.

The one issue we had was with the wifi but, upon reporting the problem, immediate action was taken by the host to try to solve things with their provider which, unfortunately, took until the last of our 3 day stay. In the meantime, there was consistent communication with the host and, in the end, we were given a satisfactory refund to cover our cost of purchasing data, which we appreciated.

It was cosy and had absolutely evingthing you need in it

Beds were so uncomfortable. And the damp smell. Water pressure in shower not good. When you have had a long drive and been at the hospital all day. You do really need a comfortable bed to sleep in. Please change beds.

Convenient location on the outskirts of the CBD. Designated parking place right next to the unit. Outside decked area which the weather unfortunately precluded us using. Great living room, kitchen was well equipped, bathroom clean and compact but also had a great washing machine. Bedroom spacious enough even set up as a twin. The smoke detector in the living room threw a wobbler on our first evening but a text to the owner was replied to immediately and after a brief conversation he turned up 5 minutes later, then disappeared and returned a little later with a new unit. This was early evening on a bank holiday..great service...thank you.

Nothing to dislike, possibly a little overlooked but the fitted blinds allowed privacy.

I have high anxiety and going to new places is not good for me but the details and instructions were very clear and helpful which in turn helped with our relaxing night away.

The location and instructions were great. Netflix was a nice touch and wifi was great, I was able to work while my husband was having surgery with no issues.

The batteries need replacing, I had to bite the air con ones as we were dying from heat and it wouldn't work. The cobwebs freaked me out a bit I was checking for bugs constantly but I must admit I never saw one.
