The Capital Trilogy Menlyn Maine Apartments 913

I had a wonderful stay at Trilogy Apartments 913. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay very relaxing. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful, providing clear directions to the unit and parking. I also appreciated the flexibility with check-out and the option to store my luggage while enjoying nearby amenities. Everything was well-organized, and I felt welcomed throughout my stay. I highly recommend Trilogy Apartments for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Location was good, room was new.

Host had to help me arrange another unit (when I finally managed to get through to him- I even had a "lovely" convo with the Bookings website AI, also very helpful might i add) because the unit I booked on Bookings.com was unavailable, the staff on check-in let me know the room I booked has been long time occupied by someone else- so I'm not sure why its even listed ? The unit I eventually got was smaller than the one I actually booked. Let this be a cautionary tale, you might not actually get the room you think you booked. The listing mentioned that one of the best features of the hotel is its rooftop pool - the said pool is still under construction talk about false advertising. SECURITY RISK- someone knocked at my apartment at 5am ! Me and my husband was so freaked out, only when my husband screamed over the door did the knocking stop. When I raised this with reception the next day they were also very unsympathetic and just told me to write a complaint on Bookings (what I'm doing now), although I don't see why the hotel itself is trying to shift this onto Bookings. It's your hotel that has a security risk ?! Check out time per Bookings website says 10 to 11 am, but apparently the access cards gets deactivated by 10am, so we were pretty much stuck in the building and had to wave reception to let us out. This stay definitely ruined my getaway weekend :(
