Spokojna okolica, dostępne miejsce parkingowe, miły kontakt z osobą przekazującą apartament. Apartament dobrze wyposażony i komfortowy.

Lokalizacja daleko od centrum, Brak informacji o kaucji, Podczas rezerwacji brakuje jasnej informacji o pobieranej kaucji. Brak możliwości wpłaty kaucji gotówką i jej rozliczenia przy zdaniu apartamentu. Agencja prowadząca wynajem pobiera kaucję blokując środki na karcie i przedłuża okres zwrotu środków po wymeldowaniu. Oddajesz apartament bez potwierdzenia jego stanu faktycznego, co pozostawia dużą dowolność przy rozliczeniu kaucj. Podczas wyjaśniania tej sytuacji spotkaliśmy się z bardzo nieprzyjemnym kontaktem z Panią z agencji obsługującej zdalnie wynajem apartamentu. Niestety to przeciwieństwo do zachowania Pani przekazującej apartament która była bardzo miła i uprzejma :)

"Comodisima y nueva."

Casa pequeña pero muy nueva, muy limpia y con una ubicación perfecta para recorrer Maddalena y Caprera.

El sofá cama algo incómodo. Pero, claro, es un sofá cama, no esperemos un colchón de luxe que se pueda doblar...
