Center of town, nearby all the tourist area

Maybe close to main road, so at night can hear clear & loud the car racing sound

Fast respond n very friendly owner that willing to provide lots of information...surely will back again in future..

Approachable host Good size apartment

Apartment desperately needs proper maintenance. Quite a few things (eg. broken shower head & falling off curtain rail) not in order and required immediate repairs while staying. So much time wasted to communicate with the host about the repairs. Saw ants crawling around the unit (I think immediate pest control required).

The host was friendly and check-in instructions were clear, so it was pretty easy to check in. The apartment was clean and bright. It was cooling in the evenings and we didn't need to turn on the A/C. There's a swallow nesting facility nearby, so the sound of bird calls was played throughout, but if the windows are closed, it's nice and quiet. The property felt safe with many access restrictions. Location was good too as it there were eateries just downstairs and around the area. If you are there, do go to the rooftop to get a 360 deg view of Ipoh town - no need to climb hills to do that!

Well placed and large

Not a lot of room in the bedrooms for cases and only four or five hooks for hanging clothes. No knives for eating or glasses for drinks.

House is very good

The check in and check out time is not comfortable...
