The apartment is quite new and the building itself is a modern building with apartments for short-longterm rent. THe apartment is cosy and has its own yard. It is a great advantage. It has two separate bedrooms which are very quiet and you will sleep good enough. Kitchen has all necessary equipment. Compliments were great and we appreciate such hospitality very much. There are two bathrooms actually. So the apartment could be convenient if you need such specifics. Heating is with conditioners. If you need some with the additional heater - it was also provided. I should admit the host itself. Our contact was responsive, quick and the communication was via WhatsApp. Internet in the apartment was also very good. Location is comfortable enough. Some grocery, restaurants are nearby. Delivery finds the place easily. Parking is located in nearby building. It has a bit tricky entrance and is very tiny. So if you have a car with 5m length it may be a challenge. Better ask before. It is one of the best apartments I had in Porto so far. I can really experience to compare. This one worth to be rented. Maybe, it was quite new at the moment. But no mold, heating inside (my visit was during quite cold period in Porto).

It is rather a notice. Parking in a garage could be tricky. Just ask it before you plan to park there. Otherwise you may find parking spot nearby easily. No other comments. During cold period Porto itself may suffer from the smoke from the fireplaces used to heat the buildings. It is generally relate to the city and the district may also be covered with the smoke sometime.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.Der Ablauf hat reibungslos geklappt und der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Bäcker und Supermarkt befinden sich direkt nebenan, zahlreiche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen. Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt!
