Low price for a quite large apartment close to the bus and train station and not far from the city center. Had to wait the day of check in for instructions, host sent directions, photos and codes to apartment and was clear.
There are big construction works at the entrance of the house, the first impression is that it is dangerous and dirty. Inside was not so bad, but there were no sheets on the bed.

Host sent directions, photos and codes to apartment. Apartment was as expected, according to photos. Close to public transport, shops, cafeteria, etc.
Not a big deal, but if you rent this apartment; remember to plug in the hot water (it's in the toilet).

Just It was close to my destination point. Big bed.
There was no announced microwave! There are construction works at the entrance of the house. The house is old and need a renovation.
