Staff's cooperative behaviour and politeness.

The rooms' condition was not good. They were not cleaned properly. The washrooms were not in a good condition. And the extra sheets which they have provided were very smelly. Overall staff's behaviour covers up all the mess otherwise the experience was not up to the mark.
