Situated in the heart of Pattaya Soi7 and the vibrant night life. Close to restaurants, pubs and only a few minutes walk from the beach. ATM on site. Laundry across the road Good breakfast Assortment of restaurants is only a few minutes walk away. Mini bar with drinks

I would not recommend it to a family with kids.

Excellent facilities and the staff said goodmorning each day very friendly 😀

The breakfast was not very warm and I would suggest the warming trays needed to be turned on lol.

"Enjoyably as always."

Breakfast was not as good as on previous stays. Staff were still excellent and location is ideal.

Over seeing the breakfast restock could be better. Arrived a couple of times to empty containers.
