25 Newborough by Stay In Scarborough

Everything about this property amazed us. The location. The size of the apartment . The facilities. The quality of the items provided even down to the ironing board. The decor The collection of the keys in the key press after the email received went with no problems

The only thing if being really picky was the week we were there the builders were in re vamping another apartment first thing in the morning. Obviously we understood that so didn't spoil our holiday

The apartment layout and facilities were excellent. Location good for beach, harbour and entertainment. In terms of a property to stay at a 9 out of 10

Communication prior to arrival. Telephone number did not ring. Response to messages was an out of office saying messages only monitored during office hours. What are the office hours? Due to the lack of ability to make direct contact and not receiving the key safe code we started to wonder if this was a scam. It wasn't and got the code just before we were due to check in. The Internet is poor, made worse as 3g, 4g, 5g in that part of Scarborough is very weak. To keep water hot for multiple guests need to press booster button 3 -4 times, which is positioned near room 1. Not advised of this.

Property was enormous a lot bigger than the pics portray Excellent location the Italian below the property is 10/10 Will definitely be visiting again 100%

Only downside for us having a small child was the stairs with the pram but saying this we knew what we was booking and knew it was a 2nd floor apartment so isn’t really a downside was our choice

Clean, central accommodation in Scarborough. Had comfortable beds, bathrooms and well equipped kitchen.

I really liked the location the apartment was nice and clean very comfortable beds

The shower wouldn’t heat up on the 3rd day it was just cold water

Spacious, clean, comfortable flat, centrally located.

External noise at night. Entrance scruffy and littered with uncollected mail. Some extra facilities such as board games, books and local information would have been welcome.

Apartment was huge! Separate living room to kitchen/dining room which was great. We commented to each other on arrival how modern and clean everything was, with seemingly new appliances and crockery. It was located perfectly in scarborough center, ideal for shops, buses and trains and, nipping down to the south bay. We only realised on the last day just how close to the cliff lift we were.

Genuinely struggled for negatives. The closest I could come up with was plenty of stairs to get up from the street, and found locking the apartment door from outside quite tricky a couple of times

House was beautiful Clean every thing was provided, modern look, comfortable everything was extremely high class Fresh open spaceus. Family had an fantastic stay House was Decorated perfectly

Parking was a problem They're should be an affordable parking solution for the us
