Heat went out 2nd night think it was out of gas, did get regular heat to come on when I got up.

USThe place was fine we left it how we found it swept,wiped down and cleaned any dishes we used. Took out trash left nothing behind. Put any wet towel or rags on the side of the tub so it wasn't on the floor
I have yet to hear back about my $200 deposit even though we checked out yesterday at 11am leaving it at 68 degrees and clean

no extra toilet paper, no baking sheet, towels smelled musty, no air in right room, not all rooms had a tv, wifi hardly worked, and no directions on how to find it

Unit is Not a beautiful model as advertised. Property listing states that the pool is open, it is NOT open. We booked this location because it stated it was open for guests. Once we got there, staff informed us the pool won't be open till Memorial Day. Was emailed 5 times that I was billed a refundable damage security deposit. Yet, the unit was advertised as a MODEL. However, a doorway and door in the bathroom were damaged, a bedroom window and its locks were broken. Mold and orange sticky stuff on the bathroom shower curtain, nasty ac filters, and a broken sofa bed my daughter could not sleep on because the frame is missing springs. Been back and fourth trying to send pictures to the property customer support. However, the email address isn't correct.
