MYaffordable, spacious, easy access, parking is easy, accessibility because the unit is right in front of the elevator. room is spacious and neat. clean. i fell asleep easily and it's comfy to me. hot water and aircond is working well. water heater is good. Collecting and returning the key is so so easy. the easiest that i have met so far (at the unit itself, no need to go to mailbox)
Do expect vintage furnitures and fridge that is not working. Space is good for family though.
