Outdoor oasis Golf cart 5mi to Beach

Pool area was nice. Comfortable and nice location

Golf cart not included. Not flexible and to many extra charges.

Comfortable house with wonderful patio and pool area. Easy access to St. Pete beach and downtown.

Once it was cleaned, we could see that the property itself is much nicer than depicted online. The pool area, putting green and outside bar area are incredible.

Upon our arrival, we quickly discovered the house hadn't been cleaned after the last party left. All beds were unmade, trash everywhere, food spilled, dirty towels on floors, an absolute MESS! We immediately called the Host and sent her the pictures. She said she'd send in a cleaning crew AND credit us back 30% for the inconvenience. However, by the time the cleaning crew arrived (around 6:30pm) and actually hauled off the mess, it was after 8pm. This wasn't THEIR fault.. but it should have been done BEFORE we arrived. We our God daughter's rehearsal dinner to attend at 7pm. We completely missed this event we had driven 12 hours to attend. Very disappointing, to say the least. Adding insult to injury is the fact that a month has passed and we've still not received any of the 30% refund we'd been told we would.

EVERYTHING!!!

No complaints...just that the golf cart was an extra charge and heating of the pool ...which we didn't use...but it was still an excellent property.
