Lovely location, and lovely garden. Exactly what was listed, and homely room and bedroom perfect for what we needed.

Ability to move the pool table, but get it is a free standing pool table and a Games room. The internet did drop a couple of times.

Lovely clean property, well cared for and smelled amazing! Communication with host Claire was easy and she was so lovely. Bed was comfy and fridge was handy for our food. Close to Kendal where we were meeting family. Lots of handy info in the welcome book. Great being dog friendly.

The property was very spacious, clean, had everything you needed, warm, cosy and homely. The surroundings of the property are absolutely beautiful and you can tell the owners take pride in what they own.

No flaws at all to do with the property. However, it was a little further away from lake windmere than we thought but that is totally down to us for not checking however a 30 min drive is absolutely fine!

Spacious without being too big. Fantastically comfortable bed, great shower and bath. Wonderful views. of surrounding countryside. I felt at home and the hosts were warm and friendly :-)

There is no breakfast provided.

The location and upper garden were beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and Claire was a great host We would definitely stay again

Not having cooking facilities is a little bit of an issue but not a deal breaker We pre-prepared food and brought it with us

Lovely comfy bed & lounge, very conveniently located for our race at sedbergh. Would definitely stay again if we're ever back down in the howgills!

Could have done with another water source next to the cooking facilities - I always feel a bit weird drinking from a bathroom tap.
