GBAbsolutely lovely property and the grounds are lovely too. In a very good place location wise and central to lots of places to visit. The property was lovely only thing it could do with is a small kitchen area where the microwave is to wash your own pots but the owner did wash any pots for us and maybe worth knowing you can only get a wide variety of apps on the tv and not live television channels but wasn’t a problem as there are lots of apps available to watch and we would definitely stay here again and the hot weather made the stay extra special too

GBWe had a lovely stay here, the property was very clean with gorgeous surroundings also dog friendly. The property was well equipped, with extras such as board games and we enjoyed the pool table. We have booked to stay here again. It was only a short drive into Kendal and around half an hour from Windermere. Claire was very welcoming when we arrived too and showed us around.

GBA lovely property, it was perfect for what we needed. Spotlessly clean, really comfy bed, and views of the sun setting over the Lake District from the garden. The pool table was a nice, unusual addition.
It could have done with slightly more kitchen facilities. We were expecting it to be limited, so it wasn't a problem, but having a sink and hob would be useful. That said, it's a small space so we understand why there isn't one.
