Chelebi Cave House

The hotel is a beautiful property with just a few rooms and stunning views. It’s a family run business and the service was exquisite. The breakfast was top notch. We also did a private red tour and they took us to the best spots without the crowds. They even gave us a bottle of wine as a present for my father’s birthday. We couldn’t have been in better hands.

Had a brilliant stay at Chelebi Cave House. Our room was large and the bed comfortable with a good size bathroom with a great shower. Could have done with a bit more storage space eg some drawers or shelves and possibly a full length mirror but non of this spoilt out stay. The hotel was close to the centre with plenty of roof top bars and restaurants and it has a great rooftop to watch the balloons in the mornings. Tahir and the rest of the staff were lovely and looked after us so well - nothing was too much trouble - thank you. The Turkish breakfast was huge and set us up for the day. Would thoroughly recommend.

The hospitality was amazing. The staff is great. They made us sandwiches the morning we were leaving for the airport, to take with us!

Pieces of the wall (just small particles) would fall off randomly! It’s a cave hotel, so i understand…it wasn’t a big deal really.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Arranging balloon and site seeing tours with them was so easy. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice of local produce. The room was warm and comfortable and the spa bath an excellent bonus. Close to the town centre and far enough away to avoid the noise.

We had an incredible stay in Göreme! The hotel was spotless, and the cave room was truly amazing—such a unique and cozy experience. What really made our stay special was the staff. They were not only friendly and welcoming, but genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel at home. From offering local tips to helping us book tours and transport, their personal touch made all the difference. You could tell they truly cared about each guest. Highly recommend this place for both the experience and the hospitality!

Everything was excellent. The brothers who run this hotel are really amazing humans. Nothing was a fuss or issue for them. I stayed with my husband and grandmother for 7 days, and we had impeccable service. The hotel offers top-class breakfast. Each morning, the tables are laid with a full display of turkish breakfast delights. Hot eggs, breads, and many other delicious choices. The rooftop of the hotel offers amazing views over Goreme and is within footsteps from the main streets with many restaurants. All the main attractions are in close proximity, and the panoramic viewpoint over Goreme is also a short walk away. We stayed in a cave suite with the balcony. The room was serviced each day, and our towels were replaced daily. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and very clean with authentic turkish decor. Whilst we stayed at Chelebi, we noticed many tourists wandering into the hotel to take pictures of it because of how beautifully decorated it is. The brothers at the hotel organised our hot air balloon ride at a reasonable price, and we were really looked after. We were offered tea and water free on many occasions. We were helped with our luggage to and from the car. We drove and were also able to park our car free each day with no problems. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return to Cappadocia with my family again. Thank you for all your hospitality. We will miss you guys and we will miss your place. To all the staff at reception and the kitchen staff also, thank you. Everyone made us feel just like we were at home.

Fantastic, cosy and authentic hotel with welcoming host and very kind staff! Chelebi Cave House really elevated our stay in Cappadocia. We stayed the whole family in a nice cave family room, with authentic decor and really special “cave felling”, as well as all modern amenities. For breakfast we were offered a great variety of dishes, all from eggs, salads, pancakes, fruits & veggies, selection of cheese, locally made jams which we haven’t tried anywhere else, and so much more. It was very tasty, pleasant and homey. The host was super friendly and helpful when we needed to arrange trips, hot air balloon ride and other entertainment. He was available at any time and very helpful. We felt very safe, welcome and comfortable. Thanks to Chelebi Cave House and all their amazing stuff for making our visit to Cappadocia unforgettable!

Excellent Stay! The location is perfect! It was such a unique and beautiful property. The communication prior to arrival to arrange tours was on point. The rooftop view and breakfast spread was lovely. The owners were friendly. They arranged all our tours and transport prior to arrival.

Not a dislike— just a note. We stayed in family room, the rooms are in a lower level (steps down) so no windows. The bathroom also required a flight of stairs. It worked for our family but just a word of caution.
