Amazing room and breakfast! Even better those and hospitality

The spa jets were old and so there was run off when we turned spa off, but other than that great facilities!

スタッフの笑顔が素敵で親切。チェックインまで少し早く到着したが、お茶とお菓子をサービスしてくれた。朝食のバリエーションが豊富で、家に帰ってきたかのようにホッとする料理が美味しく、1日の始まりを心地よく迎えることができた。部屋は掃除が行き届いており、過ごしやすかった。

冷蔵庫がない。冬ならば外に置いておけばよい。

It was a charming hotel. The staff are super helpful. The best was the breakfast . The spread was great and we were spoilt for choice . Lovingly prepared by the ladies of the house . Wonderful experience .

Personnel sympa et très accommodant. Très bel hôtel avec des espaces extérieurs agréables. Peu de chambres donc ambiance familiale. Petit déjeuné très bon et super vue. Les attentions pour qu’on se sente bien : bouteille d’eau chaque jour, gel douche mais aussi shampoing, démêlant et crème hydratante. Très calme et hyper bien situé. Les activités proposées et organisées top. Parking.

La salle de bain très humide et du coup odeur de renfermé. Et quelques trucs un peu cassés/méritant des petites rénovations (un morceau du fauteuil, une lampe, des fils qui sortent du mur).

From the moment we made our reservation, the hotel contacted us for further details and helpfull comments. All the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, from the receptionists to the ladies serving breakfast. This is a family-run business that truly puts great effort into taking care of its guests. One of the three brothers who work there kindly helped us book our activities (hot air balloon ride and horse riding), as well as arrange a minivan for our return to Kayseri Airport (be careful, as taxis in the area are generally quite expensive). We were lucky enough to be able to experience the balloon activity,as we learned that they had not flown for two weeks due to weather conditions,and the day we were there was the first day they flew again after that period. The biggest surprise and highlight was the breakfast: a huge variety of small dishes, each one more delicious than the last (the photo I’m posting does not show everything we were served… there were even more!).On our last day, since we were leaving early (around 6 a.m.) and wouldn’t have time for breakfast, they offered us sandwiches ,a very thoughtful gesture The location was excellent, as you could easily walk everywhere. Overall, a wonderful accommodation.

We had a minor problem with our bathroom's sink at our last day, but thats nothing compared to the whole outstanding experience!!!

Ismail y su hermano fueron muy atentos. Todo el personal en general. Ofrecieron rutas completas a buen precio, transfer al aeropuerto, etc. Desayuno super completo. Además el alojamiento en si muy cómodo, agradable, limpio….

The hotel is truly exceptional: the service, the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness, the location, and the breakfasts are all outstanding. Highly recommended. They advise you and help arrange the best tours, always with very personalized attention and a willingness to help. The views from the hotel are also spectacular.

Ci è piaciuto tutto, dalla camera caratteristica nella roccia, bella grande e super spaziosa, alla colazione molto ricca,al personale molto gentile e attento che ha soddisfatto a pieno ogni nostra richiesta. Panorama mozzafiato dalla terrazza dell albergo!
