Overlooking the river from the 10th floor - great views (scary if young kids - our aren't). We really enjoyed our stay - thank you Mdm Wong - the homely facilities were really appreciated - good bedrooms & bathrooms & the washing machine/drying racks on the balcony, cold/hot water machine, microwave, etc. We were really comfortable.

The cooking facilities (pots, pans etc) were a little bit rank & could be either ditched or replaced.

Le bruit la nuit dans les couloirs car la porte n'est pas bien insonorisee. Les gens de passage ne sont pas forcément respectueux du silence la nuit. Le chauffe eau dans la douche... pas forcément secure.

Lovely big apartment in an excellent location. All the comforts you could ask for.

A bit noisy at night due to being on the river front.

Location is next to the prime tourist waterfront area. The view from balcony on 10th floor is great. The apartment is thoughtfully fitted out with useful items for visitors: filtered cool water, fridge, washing machine, umbrella, bag weighing scale, etc. The check in and check out step was easy. Easy to get a Grab.

Your apartment so beautiful, clean and soft. I like it. But about tv, we need to subscribe to see a movie. No even local channel can open (like tv1,tv2,tv3 or tvs). Overall, it is a nice place and can see a beautiful view of kuching town and waterfront area from your balcony. You as an owner also give a good service for us, and respond friendly. Keep it up ya.

Counter staff (man at that time. Don't know his name, incharge cctv) are not friendly with client, not really helpfull, no smile, slow action to help when car cannot enter or exit the premis when car barrier cannot open until we reverse many times to try the scanner to detect car. Look a little bit temper when client complaint about the scanner problem. No apologies from him on behalf of management side. Honestly, i don't like that man. Bad service. He should learnt how to give a good service to client and give an information about the facilities conditions and status there. Gym overall like a 'hidup segan mati tak mahu'. Pool, especially about its floor and bench, not clean (licin dan berlumut).
