Clean and comfortable stay in Cleveland

The location was great, the neighborhood you can tell is starting to get renovated, we felt safe. But it’s definitely a little run down neighborhood house wise. But the location can’t be beat, super close to everything downtown and also there is a new retail center that is literally behind the backyard farther down, but so close. So that was nice. The kitchen was nice, and had a good sized table, the bathroom was good and even had a washer and dryer which we didn’t use.. but nice to have, and the bed and futon seemed comfortable. We did like that the rooms had doors, somewhere I read there was only one door which was downstairs when you open it, but that was not the case, each room was separated and had a door!

The smell of smoke was overwhelming in the property, like to the point where I felt sick… we were not sure if it was from the property itself or possibly the person underneath still smoking, there is really not anything like an air purifier or some indoor plants to help clean the air. I just wouldn’t have been able to stay here if I had my kids with me. There was no soap, so make sure to bring your own, and they only provided two towels so maybe plan to bring extra of those too. The shower was nice but it did seem like someone just left their shampoo and conditioner for us to use, like many different bottles with half of product in it. Also I feel like the $14 a day per car charge is a little high, bc you are already paying a cleaning fee… also during our first night sounded like the person below us was hammering at 2am!! And then someone was in the street screaming craziness up and down the street, about that same time. Nothing on Saturday night, but we were a little spooked out after that first night!also the covering in the bathroom windows may need to be redone, just looked a little thrown on. It’s an old house so you know some of that can’t be changed, but overall just wasn’t the best experience.

The location was excellent. We were in town for a pair of Cleveland Monsters games and some general sightseeing. The location is close to downtown, near many great attractions, in a very interesting and eclectic neighborhood. And the appliances were all clearly marked with instructions and were otherwise easy to use. The decor was very minimalist and neat.

Excellent apartment. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. Great location, can't fault it!

Was very close to a Christmas story house

Very nice apartment, ideal for a longer stay. Has everything what you need.
