ห้องที่เข้าพักแอร์ไม่เย็น ช่างเข้ามาปรับให้แล้วก็ไม่ดีขึ้นมากเท่าไหร่ (จองไป 2 ห้องค่ะ มีห้องนึงมีปัญหา อีกห้องเย็นปกติ) อยากให้เพิ่มรองเท้า slipper ในห้องด้วยค่ะ

Hard beds

Hotellet har ett väldigt bra läge nära både Ao Nang Beach och Ao Nang Night Market, och det var enkelt att ta sig till restauranger och aktiviteter. Poolområdet är jättebra med två pooler, vilket gör att det inte känns trångt. Vattenrutschkanan var väldigt uppskattad av barnen och det finns även barnpool för de minsta. Det fanns badringar och leksaker att låna vilket var ett stort plus för familjer. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam och rummen var rymliga med bra AC.

Städningen i rummet kunde varit bättre. Det fanns damm under sängen och smutsfläckar på vissa ytor vilket gjorde att rummet kändes lite halvdant städat. Frukosten levde inte upp till förväntningarna – ganska smaklös och med begränsat utbud, så trots att vi betalade för frukost valde vi att äta ute flera dagar.

All the staff we encountered were very friendly & super helpful in providing information/advice when requested. Our daughter enjoyed the 2 pools. Convenient location, buffet breakfast had plenty of food options

Our stay was pleasant, especially as we received an upgrade to connecting Deluxe Double rooms, which worked well for our family. The location is practical, with massage shops, cafes, and the night market all within walking distance. We found the breakfast selection to be good and the variety sufficient. Additionally, the staff were professional and helpful throughout our visit. The value for money which we paid thank for the upgrade was really good. We were left satisfied.

Water Slides: We booked this hotel specifically for the water slides, but they were a disappointment. They are in need of renovation, and the descent speed is excessively high. My younger children were unable to use them for safety reasons, and my older children didn't enjoy them either. Hotel Scale & Crowd: The hotel is massive—much larger than we prefer. The breakfast area was quite crowded, and the layout of the complex is so sprawling that being assigned a room at the far end would have been highly inconvenient. Local Atmosphere: The street surrounding the hotel is almost entirely dominated by Indian restaurants and businesses. We visited Thailand to experience Thai food and culture, but the immediate neighborhood felt more like Goa, which was not the authentic experience we were looking for.

Очень хороший завтрак, отель вроде маленький, но завтрак очень качественный. Убирались качественно. Всегда есть вода.

Непонятные ограничения в работе горок, бассейна, кикера и т.д. Горки работают только с 10 до 18, почему не с 9, непонятно. Поэтому фактически никого в бассейне нет, очень пахнет хлоркой и само оборудование в ветхом состоянии, много ржавчины. Отель очень маленький, его территория это только бассейн, находится на оживленной улице. Кикер у ресепшен также работает только с 10:00, мы с детьми приходили на завтрак к 7 и дети очень хотели поиграть, но увы странные правила администрации отеля не давали это сделать. Парковка буквально на 5-7 машин.
