No.89 Stylish Ground Floor Apartment

Very clean and spacious.

No tea or coffee, would have been nice to have a couple of spare tea bags/welcome pack etc unable to use one tv as there were no batteries. The people above were noisy from5.30 am each day

could do with a electric kettle, but a blast from the past ,hearing the whistle.

upstairs apartment can be somewhat heavy footed..

Property was warm on arrival. Facilities were good and comfortable

Unable to book in until 4pm in December which meant we arrived in the dark - no light near key box. Right on a busy main road so bedroom noisy at night. Kitchen implements could have been a lot cleaner.

Lovely apartment. Spacious and clean. Really comfortable. It's in a great location and decor is great!

It's sad to say but upstairs are really noisy. Not sure if it's the flooring but it is a shame. You can hear them at all times in the night and woke us up most nights. I could cope with midnight but it started from 2am to any time after that.

The apartment was clean, cosy and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here. I must mention that the bed was so comfy and the bedroom is spacious with a television. Perfect, and I’d highly recommend it. Josh, the host, was kind and responded to our texts promptly.

The apartment itself was lovely. It had all the amenities and the location was a walking distance into Paignton.

The only downside which ruined our trip was the people above us. They were so noisy and even early hours in the morning but this is no reflection to the host.

Property was in excellent condition. Very functional but also stylish and comfortable.
