House are okay

Extra blanket not clean enough and smell like a mold. Extra mattress also shabby and too thin

the location is superb. surrounded with many facilities; bank, convenience shop, healthcare, food stall, etc. right in the middle of tanah rata town. walking distance to food stall or restaurant downstairs, night bazaar, etc. the unit is nice exactly like in the picture. extra bed, comforter and pillow offer by host. the best part, all rooms and hall equipped with fan and extra standing fan - some homestay didnt offer fan and rely on the weather outside.

1st enter the house, its a bit smelly (the smell of house has been left for so long). this one maybe can do something as the fragrance in the unit never change. maybe host can offer the bedsheet or pillowcase for the extra bed and pillow kept in the wardrobe so we can cover it ourself. I'm travelling with elderly on wheelchair, have to take lift to G and take other lift from G to B but for other traveler fit to walk, escalator is there and there's no problem.

Faltaba mas limpieza en el apartamento. ( las mesas del salon no habian visto un paño, los espejos sin comentarios...) y necesita de algunos arreglos como pintura, actualizar baños y cocina. Las fotos del salon si se coŕresponden con las de booking pero las de los baños y cocina no tienen nada que ver. Una cosa muy importante es que cuando se acercan los dos dias previos de la estancia se ponene en contacto contigo para pedirte que pagues 300 MYR por daños a traves de un enlace y luego resulta que para devolvertelos si no es con el metodo de pago que te piden te pueden hacer una transferencia y encima el coste de la transferencia se lo aplian al cliente- huesped. Es increible que hagan estos cobros cuando tienen una plataforma como booking.
