"Not easy to find the lift to go up our room in a mall."

Convenient to get food
Clean up the stain in bathrooms and sticky floor, web at deck above TV at living room. Provide clothe to wipe table . Remove the stained mattress in the 2nd room. Provide some tissues to wipe hand.

strategic location. easy to find food and other stuffs. The house was nice decoration same as photos. Got Netflix & Prime Video during our stay. 👍🏻😍
please improve your check in time. need to wait about one half our to check-in. Maybe because of the peeks season but that’s not an excuse. please change your wok to the new one.

1. We waited almost an hour to receive the house key 2. Took 5 days for the deposit to be refunded 3. Interruption in electricity supply which causes us to shower in cold water (unavailability of heater)

I will start with what I like about the property. I travelled through bus from Penang to Cameron highlands so the hotel was hardly 8mins walk from the station. The location of the hotel was really good. Now Starting the things which made my visit really difficult. The stove I had in my apartment was not working I came to know it in the night while preparing the dinner I tried contacting with the owner he didn’t help me so I couldn’t do my breakfast properly aswell. It was really cold at night both of the washroom heaters were not working it was ice cold water we were using. Hygiene was also not to the mark I had to rewash the dishes even the toilets I felt was not clean properly.
